This happens! Don’t chase your tail! Make sure that your internet connection is strong and stable. If the problme is still there, pause the video for a minute or two, and then start it again. This allows it to load properly. If the video player has the option for you to change the resolution, then change it away from ”auto” as that can sometimes require a very strong internet connection.
Make sure that you are indeed logged in to your account and that you have paid for access to the course. Check the upper right corner – does it say ”log in”? That means you are not currently logged in, so simply click on that button to log in.
